About Dr. Casagrande
Dr. Zachary Casagrande has treated more Invisalign® patients than any other provider in the state of Virginia and is in the top 1% of Invisalign orthodontists nationwide. Because of that, Invisalign has chosen him as one of their national speakers.
Dr. Casagrande has extensive training with all variations of orthodontic care from simple cases to the most complex. And, as a member of the VCU Craniofacial/Facial Reconstruction Team, he also has years of experience with cases that require orthognathic (jaw) surgery.
A Northern Virginia native, Dr. Casagrande received his dental, masters and orthodontic degrees all from the Medical College of Virginia (MCV). He remains a part of the Medical College of Virginia as a professor in the Department of Orthodontics.

My team and I are dedicated to the fight against pediatric cancer and have donated hundreds of thousands of dollars and countless hours to battling this horrible disease. Our Ashburn location is the first dental office in the country to have its own Cup for a Cure Starbucks Cafe inside the office!
Our Cup for a Cure Cafe is available to all patients and their guests. For every FREE drink that we pour, we donate $1 to our 501(c)(3) Foundation that benefits pediatric oncology and community needs.

It’s extremely important to wear your aligners 20-22 hours per day in order for teeth to stay on track. Teeth can only move if they have a constant force (the aligners) pushing on them, so if they are not worn consistently, the teeth will not track properly.
